Lest we forget 

This Sunday, 10th November, many will unite to honour those who sacrificed their lives for our present freedom. At St Albans TaeKwonDo, individuals of diverse nationalities train together in harmony. On this day, we must acknowledge that the freedom and quality of life we enjoy in the U.K. are the result of the sacrifices made by others that have gone before.

We thank them with this tribute.
